Plain English, because privacy policies should be readable. This page covers NetVium Arc (“the App”) by Ankit Rai / NetVium (“we”).
The App never sends usage data, analytics or crash reports anywhere.
No NetVium account, no signup, no cloud. Your licence key is all there is.
Everything the App saves stays in its own folder on your machine.
Delete the App’s data folder and every trace is gone. That simple.
A Windows desktop application that connects to your own servers over SSH to display health and usage information, and to run actions you explicitly request (restarts, file transfers, log viewing). It is a tool that runs on your PC and talks only to machines you point it at.
Nothing is synced, backed up or processed by us. We never see any of it.
Nothing, automatically. The only network traffic is between the App and the servers you configure. Two voluntary exceptions: clicking an email link opens your own mail program, and checking for app updates (if you use that feature) contacts the download host. If you buy through the Microsoft Store, Microsoft’s own privacy terms apply to the purchase.
The Store build is delivered and updated by Microsoft; Microsoft may process standard install/download telemetry under its own privacy policy. The App itself behaves identically: no telemetry, no cloud, local storage.
HKCU\Software\NetViumArc in the registry.NetVium Arc is a professional tool and is not directed at children under 13 (16 in the EEA/UK).
