Trial expired? Open the activation page, copy your Machine ID and email it to us — the app pre-fills everything. Keys arrive within one business day.
Windows may show “Windows protected your PC” for a new developer’s unsigned installer. Click More info → Run anyway. This stops appearing as the app builds reputation — installs from the Microsoft Store skip this step entirely.
The desktop app uses localhost:5000 internally. If another app holds it, close that app and relaunch NetVium Arc.
The 3-day trial has anti-tamper protection: significant clock changes end it early by design. Delete the app’s data folder to reset a test install.
